It's been a while.

I haven't posted in a while, but I mean to get into the groove of sharing more music.

Let's take a look at one of my favourite local artists, Final Fantasy, brainchild of the marvelous Owen Pallett and his first album Has a Good Home.

Has a Good Home is one of those melodic serenades that comes along once in a lifetime, with entrancing highs, and moving low points, all led by a sombre violin. This album worked its way into my heart with the sheer brilliance behind the instrumentation and the undertones of a nerd-esque life that flow through it. The fact that one man could orchestrate and dream such an eclectic arrangement of songs for a first album speaks for the quality of the rest of his work as well. Has a Good Home is perfect for a relaxing evening with a glass of wine, or even something to help you drift off to sleep.

Some key tracks to look for on this album are:
- This is the Dream of Win and Regine
- The CN Tower Belongs to the Dead
- Adventure.exe
- An Arrow in the Side of Final Fantasy

I hope you enjoy Has a Good Home as much as I do.
